in the promotion, education, and presentation of cheese.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition is open to professionals in the cheese industry from across the country who wish to demonstrate their knowledge, technical skills, and sensory analysis abilities, as well as their proficiency in handling, cutting, and presenting the product.<\/p>\n\n<p
