L\u00f3pez de la Parte ha agradecido &#8220;el trabajo ingente&#8221; del equipo de EILZA en el montaje de &#8220;la mayor feria de calle de Castilla y Le\u00f3n&#8221; y ha augurado &#8220;una edici\u00f3n que va a romper todas las estad\u00edsticas&#8221; y que situar\u00e1 a FROMAGO como &#8220;la feria m\u00e1s importante de todo el continente europeo en torno al queso&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n  <!-- DIPUTACI\u00d3N -->\n  <h2 style=\"color:#8F5C0C;font-weight:800;font-size:26px;margin:38px 0 14px;\">El stand de la Diputaci\u00f3n: tradici\u00f3n, talleres y 10.000 bolsas<\/h2>\n\n  <p class=\"anim\">La Diputaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 su <strong>stand principal en la Plaza de Viriato<\/strong>, compartido con el Patronato de Turismo, para informar a los visitantes sobre el patrimonio, la naturaleza y los planes que ofrece la provincia. El espacio estar\u00e1 dedicado a la tradici\u00f3n: a lo que ganaderos, laneros y la industria del queso han representado hist\u00f3ricamente para Zamora. Habr\u00e1 un <strong>taller de lana, manteos y tradici\u00f3n<\/strong> \u2014con el traje de Carbajales de Alba como protagonista\u2014, <strong>talleres de alfarer\u00eda<\/strong> para recuperar los utensilios con los que se elaboraba el queso hace d\u00e9cadas, y talleres infantiles.<\/p>\n\n  <p class=\"anim\">En ese mismo stand, <strong>todos los d\u00edas a las 12:00 y a las 18:00 h<\/strong>, se repartir\u00e1n <strong>m\u00e1s de 10.000 bolsas reutilizables de Alimentos de Zamora<\/strong>, pensadas para que los visitantes hagan sus compras de queso por la feria y se las lleven a casa. A ellas se suman los pasacalles de las <strong>asociaciones culturales de la provincia<\/strong>, que animar\u00e1n las calles durante toda la feria de forma desinteresada, un gesto que L\u00f3pez de la Parte ha querido agradecer p\u00fablicamente.<\/p>\n\n  <p class=\"anim\">El broche de la jornada del s\u00e1bado, a las <strong>23:00 h<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 algo <strong>nunca visto en Zamora<\/strong>: un espect\u00e1culo de <strong>m\u00e1s de 300 drones<\/strong>, de unos quince minutos de duraci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1ado espec\u00edficamente para la ciudad y para esta edici\u00f3n de FROMAGO. Las tapas, elaboradas y servidas por la <strong>Escuela de Hosteler\u00eda del CIFP de Zamora<\/strong>, re\u00fanen a las denominaciones de origen, marcas de garant\u00eda e indicaciones geogr\u00e1ficas protegidas de la provincia \u2014del chorizo zamorano a la ternera, pasando por los quesos y los vinos\u2014.<\/p>\n\n  <!-- SARA: EL PROGRAMA -->\n  <h2 style=\"color:#8F5C0C;font-weight:800;font-size:26px;margin:38px 0 14px;\">Un programa que no cab\u00eda en el formato de siempre<\/h2>\n\n  <p class=\"anim\">Sara Fregeneda ha presentado el <strong>programa en papel<\/strong>, que este a\u00f1o estrena formato: el aumento de actividades, expositores y zonas ha obligado a abandonar el desplegable de ediciones anteriores por un cuadernillo con el mapa de la feria al final. Sus cifras: m\u00e1s de 200 actividades, de las que <strong>82 son catas y degustaciones<\/strong> \u201466 guiadas por las propias queser\u00edas expositoras\u2014, 9 degustaciones de productos de la tierra, 3 showcookings en el escenario Can Bech del Mirador de Claudio Moyano, m\u00e1s de 30 actividades infantiles y m\u00e1s de 50 espect\u00e1culos. La primera en colgar el cartel fue la cata de quesos premiados en los <strong>World Cheese Awards<\/strong> (s\u00e1bado, 12:00 h); la <strong>gran cata del Queso Zamorano DO con la DOP Roquefort<\/strong> (s\u00e1bado, 19:00 h) vendi\u00f3 todas sus plazas en dos horas; y tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 completo el <strong>viaje por 14 pa\u00edses de Europa<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de sus quesos (domingo, 12:00 h).
