This link throughout history has its origin in our geographic diversity which, together with the orography, allows for a great variety of climates. This has led to the development of different breeds of cattle, goats and sheep, perfectly acclimatized to each terrain.<\/p>\n\n<p>An example of this variety is the <strong>26 Denominations of Origin (DO) and 3 Protected Geographical Indications (IGPS)<\/strong> in the world of cheese that Spain currently has.<\/p>\n\n<p>The evolution of this sector has been possible thanks to the combination of the most advanced technologies of the moment, without neglecting the tradition of processing methods.  <strong>Always in search of excellence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A cheese for every day of the year<\/h2>\n\n<p>If we extrapolate this information to the rest of the world, we will see that there is such a quantity and variety of cheeses that we could try several different ones every day of the year. In Spain alone we have <strong>more than 150 different types of cheese<\/strong>, so we can try a new one every day and complete with those made in other countries, or start the round again.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pero si hay dos momentos del a\u00f1o en los que rendir homenaje a este producto, uno sin duda ser\u00eda durante el <strong>D\u00eda Mundial del Queso<\/strong> (en 2024, el otro ser\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/fromago.info\/aef\/\" title=\"\">FROMAGO<\/a>, la feria del queso en <strong>Zamora<\/strong>&#x1f609;). La excusa perfecta para darle el protagonismo que merece.<\/p>\n\n<p>Un d\u00eda especial cuya finalidad no es s\u00f3lo la promoci\u00f3n del queso como tal, sino tambi\u00e9n <strong>poner en valor, el trabajo de ganaderos, queser\u00edas, y mundo rural<\/strong> en general. Destacando su importancia, tanto cultural, como gastron\u00f3mica y econ\u00f3mica en nuestra sociedad desde el comienzo de nuestra civilizaci\u00f3n y hasta nuestros d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n<p>En esta efem\u00e9ride tan significativa para nosotros, queremos compartir contigo algunas sugerencias para celebrarlo por todo lo alto.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Probar quesos diferentes por primera vez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizar una cata de quesos con los amigos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparar una tabla de quesos para la cena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recetas con queso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Probar quesos diferentes por primera vez<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 mejor ocasi\u00f3n para caer rendidos ante un <strong>queso nunca antes probado<\/strong>? Es el momento de atreverse con aquellos quesos que siempre diste por hecho que no eran para ti. De probar <strong>quesos famosos<\/strong>, a lo que siempre tuvimos ganas y nunca vimos el momento, de buscar quesos de lugares remotos, que nos trasladen a sus zonas de producci\u00f3n y que nos hablen de sus pastos, de sus climas y culturas.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organizar una cata de quesos con los amigos<\/h2>\n\n<p>Quedar con nuestros seres queridos siempre es un buen plan y cualquier excusa es buena. Pues bien, la excusa ya os la damos nosotros, festejar el <strong>D\u00eda Mundial del Queso<\/strong>. Ahora s\u00f3lo os queda reuniros y buscar la tem\u00e1tica, puede ser desde que cada uno traiga un queso de su lugar de origen, o hacer una cata de quesos donde nadie sepa los quesos que ha tra\u00eddo el resto, para jugar a adivinar el tipo de queso y su procedencia.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparar una tabla de quesos para la cena<\/h2>\n\n<p>A todos se nos acaban las ideas sobre qu\u00e9 preparar para cenar. Da igual cu\u00e1ntos se\u00e1is en casa, si quieres algo <strong>r\u00e1pido y saludable<\/strong>, pocas opciones mejores. Su variedad y m\u00faltiples combinaciones hacen de esta propuesta una opci\u00f3n imbatible. Desde tomarlos con diferentes tipos de pan (de centeno, de ajo, crackers, etc.) con <strong>aceites de oliva virgen<\/strong> extra elaborados en las mismas regiones que los <strong>quesos<\/strong> (picual, arbequina, cornicabra, etc.), con diferentes <strong>tipos de vino<\/strong> (blancos, tintos, dulces, etc.), con <strong>frutas<\/strong> (uvas, manzana, higos, etc.), con mermeladas, miel, junto con frutos secos (almendras, nueces, etc.) con cervezas artesanas, etc.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recetas con queso<\/h2>\n\n<p>Hay muchos platos del recetario en los que <strong>el queso es ingrediente principal.<\/strong> Desde ensaladas, croquetas, bu\u00f1uelos. Aunque nuestro consejo es que antes de ponerte con las manos en la masa, te guardes un poco de queso para ir tom\u00e1ndolo mientras cocinas.
