Last Saturday, July 27th, Fromago organized the return of this event, so beloved in the province of Zamora, with a high participation<\/strong> of more than 150 people.<\/p>\n\n

Sanzoles returned to experience its traditional tastings<\/strong> with the return of this event to the town thanks to Fromago, the main organizer, together with the Zangarr\u00f3n de Sanzoles Association and \u00c1lvaro Ponce (chef of Moralvi Taller de Tapas).<\/p>\n\n

The event was attended by several professionals from the gastronomic sector such as<\/strong>Santiago Vicente (Hotel Rey Don Sancho), Sonia San Juan (Bakery – Pastry San Juan), Adri\u00e1n Asensio (Taberna Cuzeo), Susana Mart\u00edn (Restaurante Las Ace\u00f1as), Agust\u00edn P\u00e9rez (Restaurante Arzuaga), Val\u00e9rie Huon (Atelier Bistrot), Alexandre Huon (Atelier Bistrot) and \u00c1lvaro Ponce (Moralvi Taller de Tapas).<\/p>\n

Each chef prepared a tapa with<\/strong> cheese as the main ingredient<\/strong>, as it could not be otherwise. The Zamorano Cheese PDO was also present providing this product for the enjoyment of the attendees and Torguvi provided the wine glasses.<\/p>\n\n

All the tapas were paired with <\/strong>wines courtesy of the following wineries: Fari\u00f1a (Casaseca de las Chanas), La Presa (Sanzoles), Ram\u00f3n Ramos (Venialbo), Volvoreta (Sanzoles), Siesto (Sanzoles), Bendita Locura (Morales del vino). <\/p>\n

The event had the collaboration of the Asociaci\u00f3n de \u00c1guedas de Sanzoles, who were in charge of serving all the tapas and wine to all attendees. In addition, the Asociaci\u00f3n del Zangarr\u00f3n de Sanzoles was in charge of the sound, image and ticket management of the event.<\/p>\n\n

For its part, the City Council of Sanzoles collaborated by leaving the pavilion.<\/p>\n\n
