Today, dairies have advanced machinery for tasks such as pasteurization, cutting, pressing and packaging. <\/p>\n\n<p>These systems not only speed up production, but also allow more precise control over important variables such as temperature or pH, which directly influence the final quality of the cheese.<\/p>\n\n<p>The use of sensors and automated control systems has also improved product consistency by ensuring that optimum conditions are maintained throughout the ripening process.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Traceability and food safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Technology has significantly improved traceability in cheese production so that companies can trace the origin of milk, production stages and quality controls, ensuring that the final product is safe and complies with regulations.<\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, digitization systems also enable producers to store key data that facilitates compliance with sanitary regulations and improves transparency for both regulators and consumers.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3.
