1 kg of potatoes<\/p>\n\n
300 ml of milk cream<\/p>\n\n
200 ml milk<\/p>\n\n
200 g grated Gruy\u00e8re cheese<\/p>\n\n
100 g grated Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n\n
2 cloves garlic<\/p>\n\n
Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste<\/p>\n\n
Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.<\/p>\n\n
Rub a baking dish with the garlic cloves and brush with butter.<\/p>\n\n

3 tablespoons olive oil<\/p>\n\n

In a large bowl, toss the lettuces with the sliced pears and walnuts.<\/p>\n\n
In a small bowl, mix the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to make the dressing.<\/p>\n\n
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.<\/p>\n\n
