Along the same lines, <strong>Sara Fregeneda<\/strong>, president of the International School of Dairy Industries (EILZA), emphasized the value of Fromago as a meeting point for the sector, highlighting its professional dimension, its ability to generate synergies, and its role as an economic and knowledge driver for Zamora and the dairy and cheese industry. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presentation in Madrid also served to announce the launch of <strong>the \u201cCamino de Fromago<\/strong>, <strong>\u201d<\/strong> a promotional tour that will bring the spirit of the fair to various strategic locations in Spain and Portugal over the coming months.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first stop on this tour will be <strong>Oviedo on April 28,<\/strong> as part of an event in partnership with <strong>La Nueva Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, and will then continue to other key locations to promote the event:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Madrid<\/strong> \u2013 September 2<br\/><strong>Valladolid<\/strong> \u2013 May 27<br\/><strong>Silleda<\/strong> \u2013 June 5<br\/><strong>Salamanca<\/strong> \u2013 June 17<br\/><strong>Zamora<\/strong> \u2013 July 8<br\/><strong>Porto<\/strong> \u2013 July 17<br\/><strong>Bragan\u00e7a<\/strong> \u2013 August 4<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this tour, the organization aims to strengthen ties with professionals, institutions, and the media, as well as increase Fromago\u2019s visibility in strategic markets and continue to expand its appeal.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A presentation with a Zamoran flavor<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the presentation, attendees were able to participate in a tasting designed to showcase the richness, quality, and versatility of the cheese industry.
