The initiative is organized in partnership with the<strong> Zamora Chamber of Commerce<\/strong>, under a collaboration agreement signed with the International School of Dairy Industries (EILZA), with a twofold objective: to enhance the professional standing of the fair and to attract specialized buyers to the province\u2019s cheese industry. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"871\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/fromago.info\/aef\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/Misiones-Inversas-871x1280.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9715\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.680480488082731;width:555px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fromago.info\/aef\/wp-content\/uploads\/Misiones-Inversas-871x1280.jpg 871w, https:\/\/fromago.info\/aef\/wp-content\/uploads\/Misiones-Inversas-435x640.jpg 435w, https:\/\/fromago.info\/aef\/wp-content\/uploads\/Misiones-Inversas-218x320.jpg 218w, https:\/\/fromago.info\/aef\/wp-content\/uploads\/Misiones-Inversas.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 871px) 100vw, 871px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program brings together <strong>35 international importers<\/strong> and<strong>15 gourmet shops<\/strong> and national retail chains, <strong>totaling 50 potential buyers for the exhibitors<\/strong>. Countries already confirmed include <strong>Japan, China, and Hong Kong; in Europe, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Latvia, France, Poland, Portugal, Italy, and Croatia<\/strong>; as well as <strong>the United States and Morocco<\/strong>. The list will continue to grow in the coming weeks, with a special focus on emerging markets that have shown great interest in the region\u2019s cheeses in recent years.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buyers will arrive in Zamora before the fair begins to visit cheese dairies in the province and learn firsthand about local production. On the mornings of September 17 and 18, bilateral meetings between companies and importers will be held in the halls of <strong>the Ramos Carri\u00f3n Theater<\/strong>. The agenda is rounded out with official lunches and dinners featuring other culinary products from the province, thereby expanding the visit\u2019s impact beyond cheese.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The process for exhibitors is simple: <strong>they sign up on a matchmaking platform<\/strong>, <strong>match with the importers they\u2019d like to meet<\/strong>, and check the available dates and times to organize their own schedule; the organizers set up the meeting rooms. Participation costs a \u20ac50 + VAT processing fee per company, and spots are limited. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative is supported by the <strong>Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castile and Le\u00f3n (ICE)<\/strong>, and the <strong>Chamber of Commerce<\/strong> emphasizes that connecting exporting companies with international buyers is a key factor in establishing the trade show as a leading event both nationally and internationally, while EILZA stresses the need to professionalize the event to make it a benchmark in the sector.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested companies can register and request information at <strong><a href=\"mailto:gerente@eilza.es\">gerente@eilza.es<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fifty international and domestic buyers will meet with the participating cheese producers on September 17 and 18.
