Nearly 200 professionals from the cheese industry filled the auditorium to attend the master class led by <strong>Mucio Furtado<\/strong>, a world-renowned authority on cheese technology with 13 technical books to his credit, and <strong>Pablo Rivero<\/strong> of Queser\u00edas Entrepinares. Organized by the <strong>International School of Dairy Industries (EILZA)<\/strong>, the event exceeded all expectations and once again confirmed Zamora\u2019s leadership as the capital of cheese Advanced industrial technology and artisanal tradition have found common ground in the analysis of the major challenges of cheese production and aging, with a practical approach that has facilitated the active participation of attendees. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Training and Industry Networks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond the technical content, the event stood out for its professional atmosphere. The coffee and catering areas served as networking hubs where executives, quality control specialists, researchers, and EILZA students strengthened ties and created new opportunities for collaboration.
