Cerca de 200 profissionais do setor do queijo lotaram o audit\u00f3rio para assistir \u00e0 Aula Magistral ministrada por <strong>Mucio Furtado<\/strong>, refer\u00eancia mundial em tecnologia do queijo com 13 livros t\u00e9cnicos publicados, e por <strong>Pablo Rivero<\/strong>, da Queser\u00edas Entrepinares. Um evento organizado pela <strong>Escola Internacional de Ind\u00fastrias L\u00e1cteas (EILZA)<\/strong> que superou todas as expectativas e que confirma, mais uma vez, a lideran\u00e7a de Zamora como
