THE EXHIBITION “OVEJAS Fromago. Cheese Experience”, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON THE TERRACE OF THE THE THEATRE RAMOS CARRIÓN DURING THE SAN PEDRO FESTIVITIES
The exhibition “Fromago Sheep” promoting the International Cheese Fair “Fromago Chesse Experience” promoted by the Provincial Council and to be held in Zamora in September, is open to the public at the Teatro Ramos Carrión until June 29.
This eye-catching exhibition has already promoted the Fromago fair in cities such as Valladolid and Salamanca and is scheduled, on dates yet to be fixed, its presence in the streets of Madrid or the city of Bragança.
In the city of Zamora, it will be open to the public from tomorrow on the rear terrace of the Ramos Carrión Theater, from 11:00 to 13:00 in the morning and from 18:30 to 21:00 in the afternoon during the celebration of the Fairs and Festivities of San Pedro in the capital.
The exhibition “Fromago Sheep” is an original way of promoting the Fromago fair and the cheese of the province of Zamora and is made up of a set of 33 models of 13 Churras sheep, 13 Castilian sheep, 4 Assaf sheep and 3 goats that have been acquired by a total of 31 companies in the Zamora cheese sector, patrons of the International School of Dairy Industries Foundation of Zamora.
The figures have been freely decorated by artists from Zamora and students of the School of Arts of Zamora and represent, as we said, an innovative bet to promote the Fromago fair that will travel, as we said, other points of the national and Portuguese geography.
This is a new step in the promotion of this international event which will be the Fromago Fair and which aims to host more than 300 exhibitors representing some 250 national and international cheese companies from September 15 to 18 in the city of Zamora.
