CHEESE CONFERENCE FOR ‍‍PROFESSIONALS OF THE HOTEL AND RESTAURANT INDUSTRY

The deputy of Agriculture and Livestock of the Provincial Council of Zamora, Angel Sanchez Hidalgo, today opened the conference aimed at professionals in the hospitality industry in active, framed in the project of the International Cheese Fair of Zamora Fromago. Cheese Experience , with the objective of offering quality training on cheese for its incorporation in menus and recipes.

The conference, under the title “Cheese in the restaurant”, was given by ‍José Luis Martin Martin, technical director and co-owner of QAVA & Martin Tuner, and also Coordinator of the 12th edition of the Gourmetquesos Championship.
