The International School of Dairy Industries Foundation, hereinafter EILZA, located in Zamora, C / San Torcuato 11, Bajo, and CIF Q-49303795, is the owner of the website www.fromago.info (hereinafter, the web), making it available to Internet users in order to provide information about the fair Fromago and facilitate the provision of services through the web.
These general conditions of use of the website, together with the general conditions of contracting the services offered on the website and any other particular conditions that may be established, are intended to regulate and inform users about the services of EILZA and the use of the website.
Browsing the website implies unconditional acceptance by the user of all the general conditions of use, the general conditions of contracting and any other condition related to the services of EILZA.
EILZA reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice these general conditions, as well as the general conditions of contract, and the general conditions that are published, so that users have prior knowledge of such modifications.

These General Conditions of Contract, together with the particular conditions that may be established, regulate the relationship between EILZA and the exhibitors that contract services through the web.
These conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014 of March 27 for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade and, where applicable, by Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
The provision of services implies the acceptance of these conditions by the User, together with the general conditions of use of the web and, where appropriate, the particular conditions.
EILZA communicates that the procedures to carry out the provision of the services offered are those detailed in these conditions, as well as those indicated on screen for each specific service, allowing the User to access such information truthfully, effectively and completely at least three days prior to contracting the service. The User declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary requirements to receive the corresponding service.
All information provided to EILZA during the contracting processes will be stored so that the User can request information about the operations carried out by him/her in the last 3 months, upon request by e-mail addressed to EILZA.
To access the provision of the services offered through this website, EILZA may provide the User with a username and password. These elements are personal and non-transferable identifiers that allow the User to access the services of the website. EILZA may make changes with prior notice, and in such case, the modified passwords will lose their validity.
All technical means necessary to access the website and use the services of EILZA will be the sole responsibility of the User, as well as any taxes or other expenses arising from the provision of services.
Contracts entered into through this website shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall be applicable in matters not covered by these conditions in relation to the interpretation, validity and execution. However, in cases where the law allows the parties to submit to a court, EILZA and the User expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
