This was signed by the president of the Board of Trustees of the International School of Dairy Industries Foundation (EILZA), Sara Fregeneda López, and the director of Caja Rural de Zamora, Cipriano García Rodríguez, last Friday, May 3, when the organization and the bank sealed this agreement once again.
Caja Rural’s commitment to a fair that will once again turn the streets of Zamora into the world capital of cheese and sheep. In fact, the International Fair already has 30 percent more companies confirmed than in its first edition, and more than 200 booths reserved.
The president of ELIZA, Sara Fregeneda, thanked one more year the commitment of the bank noting “a great involvement with the city of Zamora in general and the dairy and cheese sector in particular. With support like yours we manage to promote the culture“.
In this sense, Fregeneda stated that “it will not only be a fair for all audiences and ages, but it will have a much more professional approach, it will be the ideal framework to create new synergies and links between the different entities that participate in our sector”, since “the Fair will also focus on closing trade agreements to promote the growth and expansion of the cheese sector both in Spain and abroad. “
For his part, the director of Caja Rural de Zamora, Cipriano García Rodríguez pointed out that, “Fromago is an example that our province has sufficient capacity to carry out initiatives of such magnitude as this one, as long as there is a desire to work and collaborate”.
