Although registration has just opened, the fair has already reserved 30% of the spaces for exhibitors.
The second edition of the International Cheese Fair of Zamora, Fromago 2024, premiered its promotional campaign this Friday at the International Tourism Fair of Valladolid, INTUR.
Organized this year by the International School of Dairy Industries, Fromago aspires one more year to turn Zamora into the “world capital of cheese”, said this morning Sara Fregeneda, head of the School.
Fromago, which will be held between September 12 and 15 next year, has already ensured its success for yet another edition. At this point, with many months to go and the registration period for companies wishing to attend the fair just opened, 30% of the spaces have already been reserved.
Fregeneda explained that the aim of the organization is to achieve once again that Zamora will bring together around 300 exhibitors and that the fair will occupy an area of two kilometers in length so that Fromago is present in much of the capital and thus transmit the atmosphere of the fair to the whole city.
In addition, this year the fair has “a greater involvement of all institutions compared to the initial edition”, so it is expected that the results will be even more spectacular.
Among the novelties that will be presented over the coming months, Sara Fregeneda has advanced this Friday that Fromago will have, as it could not be otherwise considering that the organization is in charge of the International School of Dairy Industries, a didactic character in which training, to professionals and the general public, will be very present.
