Fromago, the International Cheese Fair, which took place from September 15 to 18, 2022, exceeded all expectations in terms of public, organization and commercial activities.
During four intense days, cheese lovers and the public who visited Fromago, had the opportunity to enjoy a city, Zamora, overturned with a fair that, if it maintains this level, in a few years will undoubtedly become a world reference for the dairy cheese sector.
More than 300 stands, with 270 companies and institutions have occupied the streets of Zamora between September 15 and 18, delighting all attendees.
In Zamora it has been possible to taste and buy more than 1100 different national and international cheese references, attend more than thirty tastings, pairings and tastings, national competition of fromeliers and tapas contest, showcooking with the best chefs of Zamora, workshops for children and adults, conferences and concerts with a spectacular atmosphere.
All this, in addition, has been completed with an intense commercial activity where a reverse mission with 10 specialized importers from different parts of Europe, 12 purchasing managers of the largest supermarkets in Spain and 22 professionals from gourmet stores throughout the Spanish geography have been accredited to contact the producers present.
The organization, discreet but resolute, has ensured that participants and visitors will find a clean, safe and bright city to welcome them all, offering exhibitors important services such as catering at the stand or a free refrigerated warehouse with a daily product delivery service.
