How It Works
- Fill out the form with your information. You’ll instantly receive your authorization number and the PDF document.
- Buy your ticket at renfe.com: choose your train, select the “Conferences/Events ” fare, and enter the number in the “authorization number” field (not the ” discount code” field).
- Bring the PDF with you for the entire trip, either printed or on your phone. You’ll need to show it along with your ticket at the entrance and to the ticket inspector.

Each authorization is sent individually and is personalized. Enter your information, and you’ll receive it in your email in a few seconds.
If you don’t see the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder before requesting it again.
Terms and Conditions
- Valid for AVE and long-distance trains departing from or arriving in Zamora, for one-way and/or round-trip tickets.
- Applies to any of the following plan options: Basic, Choose, Choose Comfort, or Premium.
- No stops along the route are permitted, except in the case of a mandatory train change.
- Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
- Personal use. Please do not share or publish your authorization.
