FROMAGO Cheese Experience · Zamora

The third edition of the FROMAGO Cheese Experience will feature an open-air fair stretching nearly 3 kilometers —more than 40,000 m²—through the streets of Zamora’s historic district, with more than 400 exhibitors and over 1,200 different cheeses from around the world. Zamora, the national and international hub of the cheese industry.

FROMAGO features seven culinary zones scattered throughout the city and several stages hosting activities, tastings, food and wine pairings, professional presentations, and concerts. Four days packed with cheese for cheese lovers and industry professionals, with free admission for all visitors.

The public-private partnership is the driving force behind FROMAGO, with the involvement of local businesses, restaurants, and hotels throughout the area. Zamora’s Romanesque heritage, Modernist architecture, the Duero River Trail, and local traditions make FROMAGO an inclusive and immersive experience that goes far beyond cheese.
