The Foundation of the International School of Dairy Industries (Eilza) has accepted the task of taking over the organization of the next edition of Fromago, which is expected to be held from September 17 to 20, 2026 in Zamora.
Given the organizational success of exhibitors and visitors that Fromago Cheese Experience 2024: Cheeses of Spain was, the Provincial Council of Zamora had again proposed this management to the Eilza Foundation, who unanimously approved to assume this management.
