InLac’s role is to enhance the value of dairy foods and the work of dairy families and all the people who work in the companies that bring these healthy, wholesome and tasty foods to our tables, as well as to generate value and seek the best opportunities for dairy farmers, cooperatives and dairies. We work to strengthen the competitiveness of dairy products of national origin in the market, ensuring that the dairy sector remains strong, innovative and capable of adapting to market challenges.
What is the reality of the sector today?
Both the dairy sector, in general, and the cheese sector, in particular, are facing a complex reality. We are undergoing a process of transformation, driven by digitalization, sustainability and new consumer demands. While these changes present us with challenges, they also offer us opportunities to innovate and strengthen our positioning in the homes of Spaniards. We are also focused on promoting the internationalization of our cheeses, opening new potential markets and strengthening our presence in existing ones.
