The agreement includes the contribution of 60,000 euros by InLac to develop different activities during the fair, when the ‘Best Master Fromelier’ and ‘Best Cheese Board in Hospitality’ Awards will also take place.
This Tuesday took place at the Espacio The Cube. Hub Center Madrid the signing of the collaboration agreement between the Fundación Escuela Internacional de Industrias Lácteas (Eilza) and the Organización Interprofesional Láctea (InLac) for the organization of the II Edition of Fromago Cheese Experience.
An act in which the Vice President of the International School of Dairy Industries (Eilza), Manuel Viaño, and the President of the Interprofessional Dairy Organization (InLac), Daniel Ferreiro, have signed this commitment with the aim of launching and holding various events and activities during the course of the fair.
In this way, it has been informed about the celebration of the Board of Directors of InLac in Fromago as well as the organization of two round tables in which to address the current events of the dairy and cheese sector. The ‘Best Master Fromelier’ and ‘Best Cheese Board in Hosteleria’ Awards will also take place.
The vice-president of Eilza, Manuel Viaño, was very satisfied with this support, with InLac becoming one of the main sponsors of the fair and at the same time being present in many of the activities programmed during the four days of the event.
For his part, the president of InLac, Daniel Ferreiro, expressed the importance of this agreement while stressing the good state of the sector and that the celebration of events such as Fromago are a very important meeting point between producers and consumers.
So far, Fromago 2024 has 198 exhibitors and 310 stands confirmed for its participation from September 12 to 15 in the historic center of Zamora.
